Processing time:

Once an order has been placed, we need 1-3 business days to process it. During the week, it takes one business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.

Delivery times:

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. The average delivery time is 5-12 business days.

Cancelling an order:

Due to our fast processing and shipping system, all orders are immediately prepared for dispatch. As a result, cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed.

If you no longer want the item, you can return it within 90 days of receiving it, following our return policy. Please note that return shipping costs will be at your own expense.
